Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped out from our warehouse.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders If you choose Cash on Delivery at checkout, please note that our support team may send you an automated WhatsApp message or SMS to verify your order before dispatch. Unconfirmed COD orders may be put on hold or cancelled. Please ensure you provide a valid, active mobile number at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its exact status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages Please ensure that your shipping address, including your PIN code and phone number, is 100% accurate at checkout. Cartora is not responsible for orders delayed or returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
